Rebecca was extremely helpful, she answered all of my questions about the storage until regarded size, location, price and acess. She was very knowledgeable, personable , and friendly . It was like talking to an old friend. She is definitely an asset ro your company. Give her a raise.!!!

Deeply unserious business. Reserved a uHaul through this business. Almost messed up my entire moving process by filing a reservation on the wrong day, at the wrong time, at the wrong location, for a day they're not even open. This was after being told that the owner of the business did not know how their uHaul reservation system worked, and he needed to have someone else do it for him...who also clearly did not know how their uHaul reservation system worked. 0/10. Do not recommend.

The facility itself is quite nice. A little pricier than some similar facilities, but you are paying for the convenience of having your stuff right in town. And for me it was definitely worth it. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Lock Solid as a great place to store your stuff!
