DO NOT expect FIVE STAR service from this company! This company bought out the previous storage unit and I have had nothing but issues since. I have been locked out, payments I made never applied, payment increases without ever telling me. I found that most the reviews on this are company are for the previous company so trust me when I say the good reviews are not for five star. Please tell your next customer renting in the south unit about the south unit.
Bill is an incredibly helpful guy and very friendly. This property is exceptionally clean. They only had one climate controlled unit available in the size I wanted so I tried to reserve it in advance. I had some difficulty with the website so I called and he held it for me manually and waived the reservation fee. He also waived the 20 admin fee when I purchased a lock from them, which I needed anyway. When I encountered a problem with the self service kiosk he made a special trip in to open the office just for me. The locati... read more
