Editing to clarify: We have had a storage unit here for almost since the place opened. We store business supplies and equipment on site. Never had any issues until it was bought out by Five Star Storage out of North Dakota. Firstly, the app they switched to for opening the gate, well the app was terrible. It did not work 70% of the time. Had to resort to using the key pad to enter the facility. Secondly, since Five star took over, the rates have increased exponentially.
