Absolutely unacceptable experience. I paid for access to my unit and was repeatedly locked out with no resolution despite multiple calls. There is no live person on-site to assist, which became a serious safety issue when I was trapped inside the gate with no exit. Poor and rude communication, unsafe conditions, and zero accountability. Do not trust this facility.
