We had the best customer service experience working with Kelly at Lock & Go. She went out of her way multiple times to treat us like valued customers. Kelly communicated efficiently and effectively and always did what she said she would. We were so satisfied with the overall experience at Lock & Go that we plan on renting another unit at the end of summer. LOVE THIS PLACE!
I have had an 8 x 20 ft unit here for the last 3 years. Next month I am leaving the area and no longer it. This has been a great experience for me. I have had no problems. Located in a great, convenient area, these units are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I always feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure. The owner truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are well taken care of. We highly recommend Lock & Go for all your storage needs!
Lock and go storage is the cleanest, best maintained, easiest access, safest & most secure storage units in the entire Salem area. Right off of I-5 makes it so convenient to zip in and zip out. The owner/operator is super friendly & helpful along with being very responsive and available for any questions.
