Changing my 5 star rating to 1 star. I've been a customer here for almost 10 years. The new manager Nicole is unprofessional and extremely rude. Mind you I'd never met or talked to this woman before. I had received a call letting me know I was late making my payment and to call her back. I called about 30 minutes later , I told her I knew I was late, that something had happened that prevented me from making my payment when due, however I would make it asap to catch up my account. The only thing good about this storage is that is offers the XXL storage units. The management is the most unprofessional and disrespectful I have ever dealt with. The current manager as of Nov 2023 even knowing he was married began finding reasons to contact my husband and then started hooking up with him at the unit.
