I’ve tenanted with every storage company imaginable in DFW since completing my military service in 1989 and Austin with Lock Box Storage is hands down the best facility manager I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. The ways he’s gone above and beyond the call of duty in order to help me during some tough times over the past 4 years is truly remarkable and I simply cannot thank him enough. He’s an amazing yet humble human being who deserves to be recognized the way he treats others.
