If i could give zero or negative stars i would. the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. the man on the phone was condescending and rude, refused to answer the one question i had and instead over-explained things that i was not asking about. took the money out of my roommates account even when there was no unit available, and it’s been a week now, still no refund. after i hung up the phone since i wasn’t being helped, the guy proceeded to text my personal number!!!! beyond inappropriate. you’re better o... read more
