Lock 22 is everything you want from a CrossFit gym. The instructors are knowledgeable, facility is clean and up to date, and the community is beyond welcoming. Definitely worth checking out.

This place has a track record of owners cheating on their significant others with members and living out of the facility. Very unprofessional gym. If you want drama, clicks, and injuries I’d say this is the place to go otherwise look elsewhere. There are so many other great CrossFit gyms. I was a PAYING member for 6 years. This place is trash!
This place has a track record of owners cheating on their significant others with members and owners living out of the facility. Extremely unprofessional place of business. Many members have left to other gyms because of this, myself included. If you want to go to a place with drama and where you’ll never get any better, I’d highly suggest this place otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.
