I was super skeptical about going to another dealership after having such a bad experience with the previous one I purchased from. We went Monday to lock 20 and got into a vehicle. They were super helpful and seem to want to go above and beyond to make sure we have a reliable and nice vehicle. If any issues came up they offered to fix them. So far so good and will definitely come back to them. I'm super excited to have this vehicle! 2019 Nissan rogue.
Great place to shop for a car! Danny was great and worked with my situation. Really helped me out and got me into something I didn't expect. Really happy with them!!!
Danny was very transparent and honest. He was easy to talk to. He knew all the in's and out's of the business. He was able to get the power doors fixed on the Toyota Sienna that we were interested in which was very convenient for us as we were in the process of moving. If we hadn't moved out of state, I'd buy all my cars from him in the future.
I had a great experience getting a car at Lock 20! Everyone was so kind and helpful with answering any questions I had. The process was quick and easy. I would shop here again!
