I recently bought a car from these guys and I had a great experience. Mike helped me through the whole thing. Very honest about the vehicle I purchased. Here’s a short summary of how great they are. So I bought the car and before I drove off I have to turn my wipers on to see. They weren’t working so I go back inside and ask if they had something I could use to wipe the windshield off. I would give Lock 20 Auto more than five stars, if possible. I just purchased my second vehicle from them. The first one, purchased in 2018, is still going strong. The salespeople are all very helpful and friendly. It truly is a pleasure to do business with such a respectful staff. Thank you, Lock 20 Auto!
I got a great vehicle and a great price. Have no issues, everything runs and works great. It is a very nice 2021 Acadia Denali. I appreciate all the great service and help from Danny and Katie. I couldn't of got taken any better care than I received from Lock 20 and their team. Thank you both for all the help and know that I am ever greatful. This is my second vehicle from Lock 20 and I have no regrets and a great experience both times.
It's taken me a little time to write this review. I bought my 2010 Toyota Highlander from this lot about 2 years ago. Now, I get that with a used car lot there will be some possible issues that pop up. I was alright with a bit of maintenance from this vehicle, especially with the mileage. Once the paperwork was signed and I was given the keys to leave, the car suddenly started shaking on the interstate, the car had thrown a coil pack as soon as I accelerated to merge.
