I had been shopping around for a vehicle for a while. I came across Lock20. I contacted them and we went forward. Communication was amazing and they helped me with getting a loan. They showed me a Ford Edge, and I really liked it. Test drove it and now it’s history. I bought it the same day. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.
I would give Lock 20 Auto more than five stars, if possible. I just purchased my second vehicle from them. The first one, purchased in 2018, is still going strong. I recently bought a car from these guys and I had a great experience. Mike helped me through the whole thing. Very honest about the vehicle I purchased. Here’s a short summary of how great they are. So I bought the car and before I drove off I have to turn my wipers on to see. They weren’t working so I go back inside and ask if they had something I could use to wipe the windshield off.
