Took my truck in for a $60.00 sensor that I couldn't get out.Was quoted $700.00 to repair it.I said ok.They had my truck for a week because the mechanic was working on other vehicle s which was ok since I have a car to drive.I ask the service manager since you have it for a week is it twice the price,he said no $700.00.When I went to pick it up $1400.00 he said it had a bad glow plug.Not I have a code reader and it didn't show a bad glow plug,just the sensor.So he had to make up for keeping it for a week.I won't be going bac... read more
Paul Anderson was so pleasant and he knew what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable on the inventory and showed us exactly what we wanted. He never pressured us or tried to sell us something we didn't want. We bought a GMC Terrain and I LOVE IT. But this is my husbands car so I may have to visit Paul again and get one for me.
I went to Lochmandy Motors to look for a vehicle. To my suprise, I ended up buying a Jeep. My sales rep, Paul Anderson, was personable, compassionate, and professional. I was able to buy what I wanted and not what Paul wanted me to have. I was in control the entire time. Paul was full of excellent information about my Jeep and he followed up on the Jeep after the purchase. Good job Lochmandy Motors and especially to you, Paul.
