We were going to rent at 1015 coral street, we went to look at the place, by the way he forgot we had an appointment with him, waited 10 minutes to show the place, we liked it so we put 900.00 down for security deposit to hold the place. Next day come to find out from his secretary that it is already rented out, so we asked for our 900.00 security deposit back. I’ve rented for 15 years and this is by far the WORST landlord ever. Never answers his phone when you need anything nor does he return voicemails. If anything breaks plan on fixing it yourself or waiting a month to finally get someone out there to look at it!
Had an absolutely terrible experience with Lochman. Terrible management. They never return your calls and cannot keep records correct. Since I moved in, I could not wait to get out. Very bad neighborhood.
My mom is still renting from this guy in Green Bay area and he put a lock on all the fuse box in the basement. Her power went out on July 4th when she was cooking food. My brother's and I have been trying to calling him since then and no answer. I am also my mom's personal care worker thru the state and he's been giving me problems. My mom pays rent every month as well paying her WPS. I feel like calling the city on him for not stopping by to open the lock and turn on the fuse thing for my mom. He's horrible. Bad services.
Lochmann Enterprise is terrible at managing its books. Twice this year, so far, I have rec'd eviction notices because they do not keep accurate records of depositing your rent payment. Do not call them (as of this morning their phone has been disconnected anyway), they will only respond to you if you write a letter because it's in the lease agreement you signed. Bad bad landlord! !!! Worst business ethics i have ever seen ! Unprofessional !!!!! Takes advantage of countless tenets !!!!! Dosnt return phone calls, doesnt fix anything, lazy rude and dishonest! He is unbelievably cheep fixes crap with more crap. I hope you take my advice and do not rent from him. I honestly dont know how he stays in business. I would never want my worst enemy to rent from him or even know him. He is a BAD STAY AWAY FROM LOCHMAN !!!!!!!!!!
Jerry is a slum landlord- grimy a**hole. I will spare the details. If his apartments are your last resort, you better remain homeless. Jerry will take your money and make you pay more. He also takes advantage of state and federal programs that assist in rental help and kick you to the streets. All over $160 and still managed to evict me the same day he got his $160. Doesnt Respond to Requests!!! I lived here for one year and will just graze the surface of our issues: -Did not have access to our garage for the first 4 months due to the previous tenants car being in my garage. Never returned calls to remove it. Removed it myself. -Did not have access to our mailbox the first month we lived there. Never received a mailbox key.
