The worst customer service around, as a homeowner and plumber I would stay far away. The rep Chad in NJ could care less about his customers and has a nasty horrible attitude and will not get back to you or the supply house you buy units from!! Stay far away!!!!!!!!!
Our boiler started leaking after 5 years. Nobody is answering the calls and there is no other way of contacting them. Their website should have an email since they don't answer the calls...
Water heater installed in 2021 quit working. Ended up being a failed blower motor which the company didn't cover under warranty. Contact with company rep, left me with "your problem, not ours". Not saying don't buy Lochinvar, but read the reviews and understand why a 2.4 review score. There's more reliable water heaters out there and with much higher review scores. Do your research and homework first.
Upon purchasing my current home, Lochinvar was the brand recommended to me by my plumbing company. Installed in 2021, the water heater already is leaking, corroding and will need replaced. The company is telling me that I'll be responsible for $1,000+ in labor to install the replacement. Do yourself a favor and find a company that cares about delivery quality products and superior customer service to their clients.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LOCHINVAR.. My water heater is less than 6 years old and stopped working. AO Smith said they purchased Lochinvar and will sell the products but will not handle any warranties for Lochinvar. Lochinvar customer service will either transfer you and end the call or Andrea their customer service representative will tell you, her exact words "we assume it is an envirmental issue there for your warranty isn't covered."
