Overall the experience I had was awkward and horrible with one of your employees. I believe her name was Miki and I felt dismissed and judged rather than helped, which is quite egregious if you work in customer service. The tone of her voice and dead-panned facial expressions was so unpleasant from a customer perspective. Even more so, when she was done dealing with me, but had a total different persona helping someone out and was a lot more friendlier.
