I placed an order earlier this week to pick up an advent calendar and was told to come back today at 11 am to pick it up. I just showed up and was told that they don’t actually have it, that they “looked everywhere” but realized they had none in stock. I asked them why they didn’t call me before I came to the location and they were worried that 10 am would be “too early,” to call and that they were going to call me at some point today. خیلی وقت بود که دوست داشتم بیام و فروشگاه لوکسیتان را ببینم. ولی رفتار بسیار حرفه‌ای و بسیار محترم فروشنده‌ها و مخصوصاً لیا تشویقم کرد که یک چیز کوچیکی هم بخرم. از لحظه‌ای که از در وارد شدیم لبخند دوست داشتنی تعارف چای و راهنمایی به موقع و از همه مهمتر بسته‌بندی خرید من رو عاشق لوکسیتان کرد. از الان می‌دونم که ما بارها و بارها برمی‌گردیم اینجا. 💖🤍
