Worse experience ever with Britney
The manager in there with blonde hair Britney is so rude and nasty in my opinion. I am a customer who spent a lot of money in your store. You could be polite and friendly. When I shop in the store I will be asking to be served by someone else.
We had a terrible experience with Britney.
I was invited to the Valentine’s Day hand massage promo today at the store, and I had such a lovely experience thanks to Nicco. She was assisting me, and she was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. She has the softest, most gentle hands - the hand massage was truly relaxing. After that, she kindly assisted me with my purchases and made the whole experience feel personal and special. Thank you, Nicco, for such a pleasant and thoughtful service. I truly enjoyed it.
Britney ruined my experience shopping at this store.
