It is a pity the store got rid of refill fountain but I was still happy to purchase my shampoo and that I was helped by Thi who is a very nice person and prefessional when helping clients. Thank You.

Britney was just awful. I went in to buy something and she gave me an awful glare. In my experience she is very unfriendly. I asked for her name before I left because I never been treated like that in any store from Toronto.
Worst experience ever with Britney. She was disrespectful to me and my family. I feel like she is not good with customer service.
