Amazing assistance from Wendy and Malaika, Wendy recommended some products after a skin analysis that work great and Malaika provided a seamless check out experience advising us on the L'Occitane account and benefits.
Love the in person skin care analysis here with mallika ! She walked me through every step and requirement of my skin with deeper issues like collagen, moisture and acne problems Their store is clean and fresh like always. Wil be here again to get skin recommendations and products that I can buy, some are very heavy on the buck but it’s worth it sometimes!
I’ve been a returning customer at this L'Occitane location for a while now, and the recent visit after their remodel was especially lovely. I was invited for a complimentary facial and skin analysis, and Rachel - who assisted me - was phenomenal. Warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, she immediately understood what my sensitive skin needed. I recently visited L’Occitane for the first time & had the most amazing in-store experience, thanks to Nicole! She went above & beyond to make sure I found the perfect products for my skin. She patiently did a skin test & took her time explaining each product I showed interest in, sharing helpful details about their benefits & how to use them. Went to pick up my partners aftershave. The store recently finished their refurbishment, sadly the experience wasn’t good. I was told they no longer take cash, nowhere in the store or outside the store window did it say they didn’t accept cash. Frustrating considering I get all my tips from work in cash. Would’ve been better if a sign had of been posted somewhere
