I had the most wonderful experience yesterday evening from the second I walked into the store. Mariam and Val greeted me immediately, were very warm and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. We explored many different options for my concerns and I walked away feeling confident with the recommendations. The service at the Mayfair L'Occitaine has been nothing short of exceptional, consistently. The products are second to none, and a little goes a long way. All of the staff are professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable, attuned, and fun! I always leave the store feeling supported and seen. They seem to have permission from their French owners to not be punching bags for fools. "Customer is always right" doesn't apply here, AND I LIKE IT. The staff are usually knowledgeable and are polite as long as you're polite to them. Love the products, love the attitude. We go regularly. No complaints yet. (Victoria BC store mainly)
