One of the best of Santa Monica – Very romantic, professional service ,original italian ambiance and food.A great experience that I would raccomand to special friends and your family. Very special place kept alive by passionate people that really love what they do, the company of their costumers and the joy of been togheter.
House of Horrors – Ate here several months ago. Absolutely frightening experience. Waiter was overbearing, intimidating, and nasty. My food (a special with ham in it) had metal fragments in it. When I presented the evidence, I was interrogated and told it was nothing to worry about. Worst dining experience I have ever had. Felt like my date and I were being held prisoner.
If you want good service... – Don't go to Locanda Portofino! I was there with a date this past Saturday night and the service was horrible. The entrees took forever to get to our table and once they did, they weren't even that hot (had a microwave quality). Our rude waiter was nowhere to be found. The food was good (not great...) but due to the lousy service, I would never go back.
