I was pleasantly surprised by Cedric's desire and ability to help me downsize my storage unit as well as address the issue of the damaged door, that accidently happened during a lock removal process..not only was he able to get me into a smaller unit that afternoon he also was able to defer payment of damaged to fit into my finances better! This is the worst rental company in st charles. I moved out and their was one piece of furniture left. They told me they could charge me for removal I paid up on invoices and then months later sent me a bill as if I was still using them. Stay away from this company - there are so many better ones!
We started renting an indoor conditioned unit because of its convenient location. Just like the previous owner, the new owner (Local Storage Elmpoint) is dedicated to keeping the property in good condition. That is not to say that there have not been a few hiccups along the way. The important point is their response has always been positive and they have taken care of any issue in a reasonable amount of time. We will rent again from Local Storage if we need a secure and clean storage unit.
