This is the worst rental company in st charles. I moved out and their was one piece of furniture left. They told me they could charge me for removal I paid up on invoices and then months later sent me a bill as if I was still using them. Stay away from this company - there are so many better ones!

We started renting an indoor conditioned unit because of its convenient location. Just like the previous owner, the new owner (Local Storage Elmpoint) is dedicated to keeping the property in good condition. That is not to say that there have not been a few hiccups along the way. The important point is their response has always been positive and they have taken care of any issue in a reasonable amount of time. We will rent again from Local Storage if we need a secure and clean storage unit.

The Elm point facility is great! Always clean, Jeremy, the manager is extremely helpful, going above and beyond! He's there most afternoons when I am there, which is great in case I need anything. Often these facilities feel like a ghost town, but not this one! Keep up the good work!
