Our unit was extremely spacious and clean, and we loved all the in-unit amenities (huge full kitchen, dishwasher, Keurig machine with coffee pods, etc.). Very comfortable beds/furniture, and it's set up nicely especially for longer stays. Check-in and parking were quick and straightforward, and the host communication was excellent throughout the entire stay. Great value for such a good location (we walked everywhere), and will be back next time we're in town!

Stayed at Locale Bouldin Creek in early November and had a great experience. The townhomes are spacious and was perfect for our family. The check-in process was quick and easy with contactless entry, and the convenient parking was a huge plus. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to Terry Black’s BBQ, one of the best spots in Austin, and about 15 minutes to downtown and South Congress! Overall, great value for the price. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend!

We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 2 nights in June 2024. Website was easy to use, communication from staff was great, checking in and parking were easy enough. On the first night of our stay we were awoken by someone trying to enter the unit at 4am. The person was banging on the front door, ringing the doorbell, trying to get into the lock box that is attached to the wall. This went on for around 30-45 minutes. I had a very disappointing experience with Locale. I booked a stay for two nights, but due to unavoidable flight delays, I arrived late. Despite my efforts to manage the situation, I was informed upon arrival that my reservation had been cancelled, and I was left stranded in a foreign city after over two days of travel. I received no prior notification that this would happen, and I was unable to contact them while in transit. Lovely place with nice space and small outdoor patio. My son and I enjoyed it. If you go there it is bare so if you plan to cook there take your own seasoning and condiments. Some coffee pods and creamer are there.
