Since my first class at ILKB, I've been in love!!! I said I would likely only go in when my sister (who also joined) was available to go, but boy was I wrong. The workout is so much fun, the music is great and keeps you going, and the instructors are fabulous!!! I probably couldn't do this without their motivation, enthusiasm and always smiling faces. I always walk out feeling stronger and fantastic about myself. And not to mention it's a great way to de-stress.
Very poor and disgusting .old man trying to be young again and that's sad. He smiles like that cause he's wearing dentures. I saw him and took one look and ran the other way. His body looks like Mr Burns on the Simpsons. He's also broke and has no job. Anything he does have he stole. Beware cuz you don't want to touch or share bodily fluids. Please Becareful women and take care. From someone who got infected
I love I love kickboxing in Gonzales, La. The staff is friendly and supportive. They allow you to work at your own pace and motivate you along the way. The workout is amazing and fun. The staff makes you feel like you belong and are willing to work with you to help you achieve your goals. - Sarah

ILoveKickboxing/Silverdale is amazing and the coaches are awesome! The studio is very clean and nice, always. You should come try a class or 5, then sign up, you won't be disappointed! DO IT!
When I decided to get healthier I looked for different methods besides the gym. When I found this location was near my house and I would get a total body workout that was my confirmation. ILoveKickboxing is awesome - at first you think you can't do it and then you fall in love. The staff is so energetic it's infectious. This is an incredible workout for every level. You'll be surprised as to how much stronger you will be come in a short period of time. Plus - It's fun!!! I highly recommend it.
