iLoveKickboxing Clifton Park is the best gym i have ever been a part of. At first i didn't know what to expect, but the staff made me feel super comfortable and confident. I was so convinced that i signed up for a membership on day 1. The classes are so much fun that sometimes you forget you're even working out!
