This has been the WORST customer service experience of my life. Where do I begin. I am born and raised Palo Alto and have been a waitress for years. The food was incredible, but my first order of fish had a ton of pin bones which made it impossible to. However, they quickly replaced my order, so I was still very happy.
Great food and atmosphere, but not a lot of willingness to modify if you're gluten free or have other special food needs. The waiters are snotty but the bar tenders are much more accommodating - I've been about 5 times hoping the wait staff will cycle out. I remain hopeful!

I had a great first visit last night. I had the fish tacos which were delicious along with a margarita. They did I wonderful remodel of the interior in which they used the natural theme. It's a nice addition to the Palo Alto downtown hot spots!
Great addition to Palo Alto. It will be a local favorite in short order.
Great food, drinks, and service! Absolute must try if you are in downtown PA! Lisa the owner is awesome!
