Chad and the guys at Local SD are amazing. Big shout-out to our foreman, Orlando, who did an incredible job. I own several properties and have done many construction projects, ranging from pools to kitchen remodels, and often find the process of working with contractors frustrating and, oftentimes, when it's all said and done, unhappy in one way or another. I have "The Money Pit" fixer-upper house and continue to work on it with and without help. I do not like heights, so for a portion of our 'great room' job, I reached out a few different painting companies. (There are a lot of companies/contractors out there who try to take advantage of their customers. It was refreshing for me to find a couple who were truly impressive and honest.) I am so skeptical when choosing contractors of any kind. It's difficult knowing who will really come through. Chad and his crew painted my mid-century wood sided and stucco house. The wood and stucco were chipped and worn. All I'll say about Local SD Painting is they stepped up in every way! Quality work, attention to detail, fair price, listened to my concerns, went the extra mile, owners showed up daily, thorough cleanup, and crew were nice and respectful. Highly recommend!

Local SD did a fantastic job. Chad and Jaime were both incredibly professionally and did a great job. They had excellent recommendations, advised on where work was or wasn’t needed, and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely work with them again.
