I wasn't there and really didn't meet the workers. But from conversation, Rob was great. He was my point man and it takes a lot to impress my mom. This was my first experience using this Company, and I’m very satisfied with the work of my technician that he did for me! First of all he was very punctual and friendly. Our home water heater was near the end of its life and my wife has wanted a tankless water heater for years. I started getting bids and then got one from Local Plumber. It was thousands less than the others and they sell a great name brand (Navien). The journeyman (John and Johnny) arrived ahead of the appointment and started to unload all their tools ans supplies.
