Had such a great time shopping there. Bought two dresses and could easily have bought more, everything is so cute. The owner made it so fun -- she had everyone chatting and helping each other. Oh, and she served me prosecco while I was trying things on. I will be back.

This is always my first stop for shopping. Always something fun and new and Barbs designs are awesome. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I like that they are truthful if something looks good on you or if it does not. I LOVE this store and staff.

I love shopping here! They all know exactly what I like, and I enjoy catching up while shopping. They all have a great sense of style, and always lead me to what works for me.
Seriously, the cutest clothes I've ever seen in a store! Hand made clothes at a reasonable price that are AWESOME!
My favorite store in Minneapolis! Can walk in and buy a fun, party dress in 15 minutes. That's how well they know their customers and what will look good on them!
Once again, I found the perfect dresses and pants. Of course, I love that I have another Barb original. So fresh, versatile, affordable, sexy and sassy...this place is a gem and Jean and Barb know how to fit you just right!

Local motion - Barb and her great team - never fail to disappoint. I go in always to brighten my wardrobe with clothes that have style and personality - i leave doing that and with a smile because i hung out with great ladies. I also meet some great new shoppers too. Yeah to Local Motion - my shop of choice!
Love, love, love Local Motion! I ALWAYS find just the right "pieces" that are so original and I cherish everything I own. It's always so fun to shop here and I especially love the owner, Barb's one-of-a-kind creations. Today I scored big with a fabulous light weight coat to wear over a sheer summer dress with a long tank underneath it and she made both of them! I was giddy when I picked them out, tried them on.
