First I'll say there web page is not correct Holyoke office does NOT schedule for YOUR convenience it's there's. Office is awfully manager Alison is unprofessional in so many ways,front girl never there and when she is totally not warming for being first to greet patients... definitely no longer a patient of Local Infusion. Home infusion now has been the best way and paid by insurance
Smooth experience from the start - easy to make appointment, great communication, no wait, nicely appointed space. Definitely a better experience than when I went to other locations for the same treatment.
Great staff and very welcoming. Relaxed the whole time. A+++++++
