The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The snacks are kept topped up and the bathrooms are kept clean. You basically get your own private movie theater with a smart tv that should have the same appa you have may have at home you’ll just need to log in to your account (don’t forget to log out!) which is great for longer infusions. I even bring my Xbox with me and hook up to the tv, but I have several hour long sessions myself. Infinitely better than doing these infusions at a hospital or clinic setting!

Nursing care has been excellent! The nurse has been in tune with my needs and my treatment has gone smoothly. The detractor is regarding front desk staff. There is no one to greet patients other than the nurse. I was the first patient of the day so she was able to greet me, however after that, deliveries, visitors etc are coming back to treatment area when the nurse is working with us patients.
