Nursing care has been excellent! The nurse has been in tune with my needs and my treatment has gone smoothly. The detractor is regarding front desk staff. There is no one to greet patients other than the nurse. I was the first patient of the day so she was able to greet me, however after that, deliveries, visitors etc are coming back to treatment area when the nurse is working with us patients. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been a patient here for a year and had a change of insurance at the beginning of the year. It has been 3 weeks since I have been trying to contact them regarding my insurance authorization and no one is answering my calls or messages. I am 3 weeks overdue for my medication. This is absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed.
