Sina as always, was prompt in getting to my rental property and checking out why the AC was not working. I will always use this company for my heating and cooling in Kitchener, as he extremely reliable and honest.
Sina has serviced our furnaces and installed AC units for our home and rental properties. Yesterday one of our 20 year old AC units died. Our tenants called to advise us that the AC wasnt working at 6Pm. I sent Sina a message asking if he could replace/install the AC unit. He fit my install in today and my tenants came home to a cool comfortable home. Sina values his customers and goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He is truly a master of his trade.
Sina was great! Came to our home to check our water heater which stopped working the day before. He called and told us that he would be coming to our home, and to see roughly what the issue was. He arrived on site, and changed the control panel as a sensor had stopped working. And voila hot water again. Definitely something you take for granted, and when it’s gone you realize how important it is. Thanks Sina for being communicative, friendly and super quick!

Sina was great. He responded to my initial request within 5 minutes, based on my description of the symptoms he quoted me a price to have my A/C back up and running same day... and when he got to the house he worked fast, smart and clean - couldn't ask for much more than that. Thanks again, will definitely hire again.
