Had Jerry install a couple additional outlets into my room. My appointment was pushed back the first day since he failed to look up my address and be on time. No big deal, moved it to the following day which once again, he was late. No big deal. Was told numerous times prior to the appointment there would be no upcharge in materials. Nice guy, but 2 hrs diagnosing a 3way dimmer switch. And no changes. That was a waste of $350.
They were very quick about wiring my generator inlet box and did a great job! They also pointed out other areas of concern regarding past electrical work which was appreciated.
Jerry came to review the panel before he gave an estimate to upgrade the service panel yet he added a $200 at the end of the day also we paid $3000 and he never sealed the meter correctly and water leaked inside the electrical panel so for that price he couldn’t add a $4 duct seal to the job.
