We used this service all year (2012) and had decent results. However, when their service was hired there was an agreement that they would also pick up after our dogs before they mowed. Recently I noticed the "scooper" on the back patio full of dog doo. I called the owner to inquire and was told "there wasn't a garbage can" to which I replied "there is one in the front".
