I really wish I read the reviews PRIOR to leasing the beautiful but very problematic condo that I am currently in! I inquired about a townhome back in early May. Never head back from the agent assigned “Jessica”. End of June the townhome was still available and this time had my real estate agent track Jessica down. Once I decided to take it; it took Jessica two days to provide the lease agreement. I have nothing good to say about this company other than I am finally done paying them for services not provided. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM. Let's start at the beginning. I moved out of the condo with movers to another state. After having my condo completely vacant I spent 8 hours cleaning floor to ceiling before leaving. A week later I received a bill for over $350 for cleaning services. It was an empty one bedroom, 650 square foot condo with all hard floor surfacing. My wife and i have applied to 2 apartments under the Local Dwelling name and have only recieved payment confirmation. It has been 2 weeks and i have left messages and tried calling on several occasions. I havent been able to contact a person about the apartments and I hope i am not going to have to dispute these charges with my bank. I love the property i just feel like maybe my application was somehow lost or something else. Its hard finding an aparment right now and i know the 150$ could go towards another application fee.... read more
After many many attempts of trying to get my AC to work….it has resorted to this. I feel bad for the land owners. Sitting in 90 degrees in my house right now because they can’t respond to 5 service requests and multiple messages in their required portal to communicate.
