Actually love the people and coffee here. ...but some overhead fans would go a LONG way to alleviating some heat and the guy nearby talking very loudly at the kid he's meeting with ;)
My friend was here and she told me about the bad experience she had, just like the one I had at the Sonterra location. She was there only for about 15 minutes waiting to pick up the kids she babysits while they got out of school when she was approached by an employee and asked her if she was going to purchase anything if not, she had to either give up her seat or leave.
