literally the worst company to rent from ever... they moved me and my room mate into a "refurbished" apartment just for us to have to literally call and email them on 8 separate occasions to fix things. we showered with cold water for our first week straight, had and currently have an infestation of ants, have outdated heating systems, no mail box keys, they ill equipped to be running any kind of business let alone a whole apartment complex. they never email back but then show up at your house UNANNOUNCED. Laramar left LA so sad and now we have Slum Lords PMA managing our property no more security patrols no more cleaning crew no land escaping I am sadden that Laramar is no longer here in California.
