I went yesterday and had a massage with Michelle. BEST one ever! The space is absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to go back. This is definitely my new favorite place!
Local Beauty Barre in Nashua has it all! Wicked fun fitness classes, spa treatments and hair stylists! There are so many great ladies who work here and make it feel so much like a community! I highly recommend trying it out if you are looking for something local and fun. I attend many of the work out classes and can say that they are amazing and the instructors are very motivating 🏋🏼♀️

I have become a Local Beauty Barre groupie in just two months. At 58 I have finally found a place to become stronger both physicallyand mentally. The instructors challenge you and cheer you on to push yourself each and every class. The atmosphere is accepting with a clean professional space. I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years but I’ll never go to another. LBB IS THE NEST. Workouts are challenging but everyone is so supportive. You are always encouraged to push yourself to the next level. Strength is power!
The local Beautybarre is a must try!!! I tried it for the first time 2 years ago,and been hooked ever since......I was a hardcore runner and spinner at the local gym for many years, but I was missing something... I felt like my body was always hurting. The local beautybarre changed my life! I’m a lot stronger and I feel great! The instructors are amazing, they push you to do your best ,and also help you to modify when need be. So if you haven’t tried this yet, I dare you too!!! I did ,and it changed my life.
Today was my first visit to Local Beauty Barre for a massage with Michelle. My fiancé got me a gift card for Valentine's Day, but when I called to schedule they didn't have a massage therapist at the time so I waited a bit. The space is beautiful, it's a very welcoming atmosphere. Michelle did a great job and I left feeling so relaxed, which was much needed! Can't wait to come back soon for some more pampering, and/or to try out a class!
I’ve been going to Local Beauty Barre for a few years and I couldn’t be happier! The environment is so wonderful. The team is welcoming and open. Every class is different. It never gets easier but I do feel myself getting stronger with every class. These women have done a wonderful job creating such a fantastic place to work out or pamper yourself.
