I originally wasn’t going to share a review about my experience but after having strong healthy locs for 6 years with no issues…I’ve now had three of my locs break off significantly at the ends since my service here in October and I just can’t be silent about it anymore. Have you guys felt that the strength of your hair weaken after visiting Locafella Loc Studio? I want to express sincere loss of trust in this salon. I'm still suffering from major hair loss and loss of wages as an actor/performer in Hollywood. Tried to support black business thinking I would be in good hands; however it was the complete opposite. My hair came out great the service was great , it’s hard to find shops that still do wash and dry that don’t cost and arm and a leg. I have an altercation with one of the a loctition or however you spell it named Taylor. Apparently we had beef and she was mad that I was there and instead of keeping it professional she came and sat next to me and was picking on me while I was still getting my hair done. I visited here as a paying customer a couple of days ago. My service was great. The wash had me feeling fresh and the retwist definitely surpassed my expectations. My stylist was really nice, she held appropriate conversation, she was respectful, and very gentle, also shoutout to her speed as well I wasn’t there for long at all.
