Hello our experience was horrible at the beginning we had a 12:00 appointment we arrived 10 min late... The scheduled stylist never showed up, so they provided a substitute stylist which came near 2pm so we waited 2 hours... Worse experience ever for our first time there.
I originally wasn’t going to share a review about my experience but after having strong healthy locs for 6 years with no issues…I’ve now had three of my locs break off significantly at the ends since my service here in October and I just can’t be silent about it anymore. I am devastated, angry, and while I love supporting black businesses…I can no longer support this one when more increasingly professionalism and now seemingly retaliation are topics that are not addressed by this company.
