Start the Party – A wonderful festive atmosphere perfect for a birthday celebration or for taking out of towners. Order lots of tapas--I've never had a dish here I didn't like--get a pitcher of sangria and let the party begin.
Great atmosphere, cozy date spot – When we went to Loca Luna 2 months ago, we did not have any trouble with the waitstaff. The music was really great! It wasn't too loud either like some bars you go to & end up feeling deaf afterwards. The atmosphere is so cozy! You really feel like your thousands of miles away from Atlanta!
