Friendly staff. Clean salon.
Paid the deposit for my wife to start her locs had to cancel due to unforseen expenses. Gave the loctician a week notice in advance they refused to return deposit which even in her own policies didn't state was procedure for canceled appointment.
Today was my first encounter at LOC NATION and I must say it was a pleasant experience!!! Stephanie offered to put me on her schedule after a small hiccup. However the universe stepped in and placed me in Teresa's chair! And I must say Thank you universe!!! Teresa took her time and did her thing with my locs!
