Paid the deposit for my wife to start her locs had to cancel due to unforseen expenses. Gave the loctician a week notice in advance they refused to return deposit which even in her own policies didn't state was procedure for canceled appointment.
Today was my first encounter at LOC NATION and I must say it was a pleasant experience!!! Stephanie offered to put me on her schedule after a small hiccup. However the universe stepped in and placed me in Teresa's chair! And I must say Thank you universe!!! Teresa took her time and did her thing with my locs! Google directions weren't clear , but the salon was clean, and the atmosphere was professional . Definitely going back!
Very elegant salon nice and inviting offered me beverages. Kept the conversations going and first I thought I would feel uncomfortable but they made me feel like I belonged and chose the right shop to get my hair done! These lady’s are very educated professional and beautiful I highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting locks braids color or just any kind of hair cut!!!!!
