5 Star experience with Sarah at my last appt - Took her time washing my long overdue locs, cute styling + always good music and convo inside the shop.
My experience at Loc Lov is always a great one, I’ve been coming here for 3 years booking treatments, styles and re-twist.
Sarah R was very professional. I received an excellent consultation, she seemed genuinely interested in my wellbeing and the health of my hair. Sarah provided a detailed description of what to expect and offered valuable suggestions. I am experiencing thinning in the crown area and I am very sensitive about it. She was very compassionate and I am looking forward to booking with her again. OH...I want to mention that she was on time and didn't have me waiting.
I had the best experience! I've only ever had one person do my hair, so I was nervous about finding the right salon after moving to LA. I can confidently say I will be back. Loved the vibes and overall how much they care about the health of my hair from the wash to the maintenance :)
