I first want to start off by saying the outcome of my retwist was amazing! 10/10 for the quality of the work. The reason why I’m giving it a 3 is due to a slight miscommunication in the beginning of my appointment and how it was handled. I like to show up relatively early to my appointments just to make extra room for any other errors that might happen, such as me getting lost or whatever else lol or in case my hair stylist might be able to get me in early. Great and easy experience. Was able to schedule online -always a plus for me! Great style, not too tight but also lasting (it's been 3 weeks) no flaking etc. Would definitely go back.

I have been Lisa’s client for almost 2 years and I never leave disappointed. She is very professional and educates you on how to maintain healthy locs. Lisa and the other stylist are welcoming to EVERYONE that enters the shop. Loc bar of Charleston provides a calming atmosphere and the shop is always top tier clean!!!! I definitely enjoy going every month!!!!
