I’m new in town and I’ve been looking for someone to do my locs. I found Locs by Gina online and the reviews were nice. I decided to call and schedule an appointment for a detox. I called the number that was online on the website. The person that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I was unaware that the number was a personal phone number. So I called this business today Sunday 28 to get a quote on permanent location extensions no matter if it cost 1000 I would have paid it this lady stated I'm closed it's Sunday and instead of giving me a quote or being courteous she hung up in my face just to let you know you lost a good customer today get it together
