horrible service. purchased this Pheonom machine on Feb of 2022. 1st problem power cord failed and recived a new one easily. then few months later bolts and a metal bracket literally snapped. now our machine has a failed power supply. its been out of commission for almost a month now and our club is loosing revenue due to their horrible service of getting the part to us. if i can get our $$$$ back i would but unfortunately they have a 30 day $$$ back. so im stuck. expected better from a $4,500 machine.

Had some difficulty placing order online as their system would reject my billing address for no apparent reason. I sent them an email and Kirk called within an hour and placed the order over the phone. Kirk was very helpful in solving the issue.
I love using my machine it is user friendly, easy to navigate and their team is very helpful if you need any help.
i paid $3500 to get a brand new Lobster 4.. I played with it three times and then. nothing....the machine doesn't charge- the customer service is not reachable. The email they send me is not clear at all... so I'm stuck with a machine that doesn't work. Form what i read it seems to happen a lot. do be careful if you are buying of their product.
