We waited 20 minutes for our waitress to come see us, we ordered drinks and food. 15 minutes later we asked about our drinks and were told she did not write our drinks down. Discussed this with the mngr. and left
The food was delicious, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, the view was delightful and the before and after lunch walk on the beach was so peaceful!! Made for an all around amazing day off!!
Had a great time! Brought my parents back here who worked at the pound during the 80s and they loved it! Felt nostalgic but updated! Loved the fun gift shop.
A bit pricey. Burgers don’t compare with Grammy’s in Linneus. But good. Service was slow

Great place! Friendly, attentive staff, prompt service, clean and casual Lobster Pound ambience. Didn’t try any of the fancier offerings, only went with the basic lobster dinner fare, priced comparatively with other waterfront venues.
Cheryl and I waited 40 minutes for a takeout order. They checked once and said it should be out soon. We checked again and were informed they couldn’t find our ticket. I really appreciate being lied to! We got our money back and left. We will not be returning.
The service was horrible and we had to listen to waitresses bickering about who stole who’s tables. Very long wait to have our order taken. The staff was slow and lazy.
Arrived ahead of the lunch rush on Sunday; a little overpriced, but uncrowded, friendly staff, clean and well maintained; very good beer-battered haddock.
