I would like to thank the staff at Lobostar LLC. "Sindy Lopez". I was having a little problem with my TDL-3 telescoping ladder on my boat. I looked Lobostar up on there easy to find website and clicked the links as follows: 1) "Contact Us" 2) "Get in touch" 3) I filled out my name, phone number, email and a quick message followed by "Send" I was greeted with immediate return email asking what kind of problem was I having and to please send pictures. After I contacted them via email the response was within 24 hours or less. They are now providing replacement parts and spares for my boat platform ladder which lives in a saltwater environment (extremely harsh to say the least). The ladder works well and looks great mounted on the transom.
If you are looking for Windline parts this is the place! They answered the phone quickly and personally and found and shipped our part quickly!

Fantastic customer service! The best. I had a boat ladder that needed repair and they provided replacement services. The response was quick (within 1 day) and they provided knowledgeable info on what was needed. Parts shipped quickly too!
