I called to get some replacement parts for my boat ladder and expected to pay for parts. I sent an email and pictures and half an hour later they were in transit with no charge. Great service from Sindy and Alba. Thank you!
I have two ladders on two different boats from Lobostar. Rarely do they need parts or servicing, but when they do, they stand by their product 100%. They shipped me the parts I need at no charge, and even gave me advise as how to install them. Sindy in customer service is amazing, both helpful and patient. I found myself in a bind where I needed a part urgently. Sindy responded immediately and overnighted me my parts. Bravo to the Lobostar team and the fine products they produce.
I would like to thank the staff at Lobostar LLC. "Sindy Lopez". I was having a little problem with my TDL-3 telescoping ladder on my boat.
