This place is terrible I currently live here the lady up stairs smokes and every time my ac or heat turns on I smell nothing but cigarettes this is suppose to be a non-smoking apartment building everything is always broke and never fixed the correct way don’t be fooled by the new remodeled lobby and hallways this place is getting worse and worse seems to be a bunch of Addicts and etc
I just renewed my lease and will be going on 4 years here. I like my apartment and staff is good. Maintance is great as well. Sure there have been extreme inconveniences such as having to rebuild all the garages but it was for safety reasons. Washers and dryers were breaking down and people had to go to different floors to do laundry. I have been told they ordered new washers and dryers so they are aware of what is happening. I’d leave a zero if I could. Someone with a key went into my place, opened all the closets, left all the lights on, and took some of my stuff. I called the emergency number. She seemed sympathetic. But nothing happened so I filed a police report that let them investigate themselves. I got zero follow up. Nothing.
