I have lived at CHATEAUGAY apartments for 9 years. Today the staff here had a beautiful heartwarming Thanksgiving dinner for the residents! The feeling of community in this building is overwhelming. The current management is AMAZING!The maintenance staff AMAZING! The housekeeping AMAZING! Everyone is so courteous and kind. Previous management also AMAZING! Nothing is perfect. So I thought this was a non smoking building the lady next door from me smokes in her apartment all day & the smell comes into the vents & it smells horrible it’s so bad you would think I was in my apartment smoking please don’t be tricked by the fake reviews this place is bad
I had a terrible experience, a tree destroyed my car on the property. They quickly gave me insurance information, and helped every way they could with my issue. I had a nasty review up and wanted to rectify that. Lobos has been responding to all my requests, they have done all and more to keep me and my fiance happy here. Even pushed my rent due date since I had to use all my money for a down payment. I would recommend, very good team and very nice person people working here.
Solved my issue, gave me credit for washing machine. Lawer let me know how dumb I sounded. Sorry for my review, I just was going thru a lot mentally so I recommend here, that have fixed all My issues asked. The lawyer is a boss. Really helped me see how dumb my issues are. Thanks man.
Please do not rent I’m not sure if they’re making there own fake reviews this place is terrible washing machine is always broke & dirty because the people I share it with is disgusting Elevator is always broke The maintenance workers don’t know what they’re doing on top of them just creeping around in your apartment when you’re not home and if you hate SMOKING PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE ITS SMOKERS HERE WHO CHAIN SMOKE AND THE SMELL IS DISGUSTING AND ONE OTHER THING THE PARKING SUCKS
