I’ve had disappointing experiences with some pharmacy assistants in this Loblaw pharmacy for several times. Many of them were uncooperative and didn’t seem interested in helping. When I asked questions, I often felt ignored, and they didn’t make much effort to help me find what I needed. Some of them should be immediately fired. They don’t know even what health system means. The best pharmacy and customer service in town!!! Yessir is awesome and so kind!
Very unhelpful assistant. Every other pharmacy answered my question about the product being out of stock in their pharmacy. This one keeps telling me not their problem, call the store. The product is IN pharmacy section. My call was bounced back and forth between pharmacy and front desk, both saying "not my department."
Most caring, helpful and professional people to deal with! Always nice and eager to help no matter how busy they are.
