Loblaws is out of control!
Horrible. They never answer the phone. They couldn't tell me the name of their app or explain how it works. I've stood at the counter for long periods of time and been ignored.The line getting bigger, they just keep refills shelves. Switched to them bc I work in the mall. Easier for me to pick up. I'm now switching back to Shoppers. My plan changed I called 2 days in advance with my new info, went to pick up and they tried to charge me. They didn't have time to enter my new plan.
