The speed of service is frustrating. I came in early in the morning when the store was empty and no one else was waiting, yet it still took a surprisingly long time to get a standard prescription filled. The convenience of the location is great, but they need to improve their efficiency during off-peak hours.

Very disappointing experience at the pharmacy located inside Superstore. The staff were unhelpful, communication was poor, and the service was extremely frustrating. Most recently, I was told my prescription would be ready in 45 minutes and was asked to come back then. I returned over an hour later, only to be told it still wasn’t ready. I’m really disappointed with the pharmacy service at this location. Yesterday, I brought my 4-year-old for a flu shot, but was told she couldn’t get it because their system showed she was “not eligible.” I booked the appointment through the pharmacy’s own website and followed all the instructions carefully. I even picked my child up early just to make it on time — only to be told I should have checked the government website instead. Josh, the head pharmacist, is so wonderful to work with. He is empathetic and energetic. He makes this pharmacy my number one choice. Filling prescriptions is no longer a chore, it's a joy.
