Great technicians, completely unprofessional pharmacist. My medication was enrolled in auto-refill without my consent. I got an email that it was ready, but I was out of the country dealing with a dying relative and couldn't get there for three weeks. When I arrived, the order had been cancelled. I don't expect them to hold meds forever, but if they can email me to say it's ready, they should be able to email me to say it's cancelled so I don't waste a trip. I needed help with this very specific injector and they walked me through the whole video.
Such a poor experience. Really wanted this to be my pharmacy because it's close to home and I often shop at Zehrs. What a mistake. My three year experience has been filled with unfilled prescriptions, wrong prescriptions, deleted prescriptions from my account and finally being screamed at by the pharmacist. Don't waste your time and money and look for a real pharmacy with well trained professionals that enjoy their craft. Gave two stars because some of their pharmacy techs are sweet and really try. What a mistake.
