Totally unsatisfied. Over the past 10 days, Loberg Roofing will not even return my calls or reply to my emails about a chronic leaking metal roof they originally installed for close to $20,000. They have come on site 2 times since October 2015 which is good! But the roof is still leaking in TWO places including where they supposedly fixed it before. And now they will not return my call (called 3 times on Friday, once to Blake's mobile, once to the office receptionist who took a message for Blake and one again to Blake's voic... read more
Very unhappy with the extremely overpriced simple repair job from Loberg Roofing. Was told that someone would call to schedule, instead they sent 3 people unannounced (when no one was home) and put 9 new shingles in (found that out when we were sent an over $500 bill) Did call company and they were not real helpful. To make it even worse those shingles have come loose in two months because they were just stuck in there, not installed properly.
Have been working with Mark Gobble at Loberg roofing on a $115,000 roofing problem caused by their roofing installation according to BT & E Technolgy. I will keep all you prospective customers informed if they are willing to take care of their problems.
Was accosted by one of your employees and his wife in a Loberg Roofing White Van this morning in Seattle. He apparently feels he is a driving expert and was angry that someone pulled in front of him. Got out of his vehicle and pounded on the back of mine and called me an a@#hole while his wife waived at me. Excellent representative of Loberg Roofing. Great, quick replacement roof with very satisfied customers. The crew came early and took off the old roof, did repairs as necessary, put on the new roof, replaced all air vents and 2 skylights, cleaned up and hauled everything away. This all happened in less than 8 hours. Looks good and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a good roofer.
Had the pleasure of working with Loberg Roofing this week. We have a mutual customer and when they put her roof on, her gutter protection was inadvertently damaged. They were quick to respond and take responsibility. Their response to this problem showed a high level of ethics, which is sometimes lacking in the building trades.
