I would have given them a 10 but I was not pleased with the two issues I mentioned earlier. 5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service The only thing that I was not pleased with was that my back seats was dirty (not sure why) and so was my trunk cover (it looked like something was spilled on it).
